2025-05-23 Towngas Empowers Community Unity through 'Glutinous Rice Dumplings for All' Initiative
The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) recently spearheaded a remarkable community initiative titled "Glutinous Rice Dumplings for the Community." In line with this noble cause, our esteemed school was extended an invitation to participate, leading to the enthusiastic involvement of 15 students on May 23, 2025.
This collaborative endeavor also witnessed the active engagement of the Home Economics Department, English Department and Chinese History Department, as students delved into the rich heritage of the Dragon Boat Festival and explored the historical significance of this delightful culinary tradition.
Through this engaging and educational activity, Towngas aimed to foster unity, cultural appreciation, and culinary skills among the younger generation.
